Trading company with its own logistics warehouse, operating on the e-commerce market and in the B2B channel, selling on the Polish, foreign and global markets.

What we found:

No clearly defined cut-off hours for placed sales orders, unguaranteed delivery time of goods to Polish and foreign customers, late collection time from the central warehouse as a boundary condition.

What we have implemented:

Market review and revision of costs and solutions, change of the distribution model to 2 different transport streams, tender for transport services and commercial negotiations with existing and new logistics operators.

What results we have achieved:

Reducing the delivery time by 10% on all markets, improving the timeliness of parcel delivery from 83% to 90% in the pallet channel and from 93% to 98% in the parcel channel, maintaining the neutrality of transport costs of new solutions compared to previous solutions.
